Frequently asked questions

Clear answers for teams evaluating AtlasLocale.

What does one credit cover?

A standard lookup or search uses one credit. Fuzzy search, hierarchy validation, postal lookup, standardization, and enrichment use additional credits according to the published credit table.

What happens after the Trial credits are used?

Trial credits never renew and there are no automatic overages. Choose a paid plan to continue using AtlasLocale.

Why is a payment method required for Trial?

Stripe verifies the payment method to reduce repeated Trial abuse. AtlasLocale does not charge the Trial subscription and never receives complete card details.

Does location validation confirm postal deliverability?

No. AtlasLocale validates geographic components and hierarchy relationships; it does not guarantee that a postal carrier can deliver to a particular street address.

Can AtlasLocale support CRM or ERP data?

Yes, through APIs, CSV workflows, and eligible datasets. AtlasLocale does not claim native CRM or ERP connectors.

Can I manage billing myself?

Yes. Paid customers use Stripe’s hosted Customer Portal for invoices, payment methods, billing information, plan changes, and cancellation.
